Applicants should have strong navigational abilities, including the capacity to read maps and identify addresses within the designated delivery zone, as well as the capability to traverse challenging terrains, such as multi-story buildings.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR ALL TEAM MEMBERS Operate all necessary equipment, restock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and workspaces, and maintain cleanliness in the facility.

Prepare food items, manage incoming phone orders, conduct inventory checks, and complete relevant documentation. Regularly clean equipment and the workplace.

TRAINING Comprehensive orientation and on-the-job training will be provided.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS Must be able to understand and deliver accurate written instructions. Effective verbal communication with customers and colleagues is necessary for processing orders both over the phone and in person.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/SKILLS Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) is required, with the option to use a calculator. Ability to provide accurate monetary change is essential. Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills are necessary for order processing. Manual dexterity and coordination are required to perform tasks quickly and accurately. Competence in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen is necessary. Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area are crucial. Must be able to navigate challenging terrains, including private residences and various delivery locations while carrying products.
