About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Security Team as a Security Screening Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen guests and associates entering the park using hand-held metal detectors and walk-through metal detectors.
  • Enforce all park policies, rules, and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Monitor and control guest entry and exit points, including the main gate.
  • Collaborate with other security team members to ensure a seamless and efficient security process.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Good judgment and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
