Position Summary: The Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of all public areas, furnishings, and fixtures. This position supports the overall housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clean linens and remove soiled linens from designated areas.
  • Efficiently respond to guest requests using mobile technology.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in public spaces, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
  • Supply Room Attendants with necessary cleaning materials.
  • Handle soiled linens and trash as directed.
  • Assist with deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas.

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Skills: Ability to understand and communicate in English. Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess a strong customer service focus.

Physical Requirements: This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 250 lbs. Flexibility and good reflexes are necessary for operating equipment safely.
