Audiologist Aide Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audiologist Aide to join our team at Hearing Health Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients with hearing impairments.
  • Assist licensed Audiologists with tasks such as hearing aid repair, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Teach patients about proper hearing aid care and maintenance.
  • Enter detailed patient encounter notes into our electronic health record system.
  • Process repair orders and send hearing aids to manufacturers for repair.
  • Verify and update patient information in our system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Audiology Aide License required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
