Position OverviewAs a Patient Transportation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and comfortable transport of our valued patients to their medical destinations. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting patients with boarding and disembarking vehicles, operating wheelchair lifts, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the trip.
- Operate wheelchair lifts proficiently to assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles.
- Securely fasten seatbelts and ensure patients are properly positioned within the vehicle.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and headquarters regarding patient pick-up and drop-off times.
