Job Details:

We are seeking a licensed Speech Therapist to join our team in the Hillcrest school district. The successful candidate will work as a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist, providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress.

Requirements:

  • A valid Arkansas State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
