Job Description

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to work in a school environment, delivering services to students in grades K-12.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to ensure student progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Meet productivity and quality standards for direct and indirect services

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or pending state SLP license in Arkansas
  • ASHA certification is a plus
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required
