Key Responsibilities:- Develop and characterize new sweetener and bakery ingredient products, including sweet bakery products, chocolate, compound, fillings, gummies, and caramels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and commercialization, including sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
- Provide technical support to customers, including on-site support during key R&D activities, such as lab, pilot, and plant trials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new ingredients, and technologies to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2+ years of experience in sweetener or bakery R&D, with a focus on product development and applications.
- Strong technical knowledge of sweetener and bakery ingredient formulation and functionality.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
