Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in special education or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with disabilities.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
    • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
