Job Title: Construction Marketing and Proposal Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Construction Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our team at The Bowa Group Inc. This role will be responsible for assisting the Proposal Manager with all project pursuits, including preparing statements of qualifications, proposals, employee resumes, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with project teams, subject matter experts, and business development staff to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely submission.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates, resumes, project descriptions, and other reusable content.

Marketing Support:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and brand.
  • Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and social media content.
  • Coordinate and support marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Manage the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update the company's CRM system with relevant project and client information.
  • Track and report on proposal and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related degree or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing and proposal coordination experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mandatory proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction industry terminology preferred.
