Job Title: Experienced Welder and Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced welder and fabricator to join our team at ALL Crane Service, LLC. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using GMAW and SMAW processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to layout components
  • Set up and operate welding equipment, including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters
  • Weld components using GMAW and SMAW processes
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
Requirements:
  • 5-6 years of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding principles
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Positive communication and teamwork skills
