Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team at ALL Crane Service, LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience with GMAW and SMAW welding processes and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to layout components
  • Set up components for welding based on requirements
  • Operate various welding tools, including grinders, torches, and plasma cutters
  • Weld components using GMAW and SMAW processes
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations
  • Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided)
Requirements
  • 5-6 years of experience in welding and fabrication
  • Experience with SMAW and GMAW welding principles
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Positive communication and interaction with team members
  • Ability to work safely around moving machinery
  • Ability to withstand exposure to dust, fumes, and gases
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
