Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist Tax Preparers with client flow, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Process client data, Form W2s, and other tax documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, Tax Preparers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required.

  • A competitive salary of $15 per hour, with bilingual employees earning an additional 50 cents per hour.
