Job Title: Litigation Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys in real estate transactions, boundary disputes, quiet title actions, easement agreements, construction drafting, and land use disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update case and discovery databases
  • Draft contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and various legal documents
  • Conduct legal and factual research for case preparation
  • Organize and review legal documents, ensuring accurate maintenance of privilege logs
  • Compile and prepare documents for depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Create and manage witness and expert witness lists
  • Organize exhibits and review pleadings for hearings and trials
  • Assist attorneys with all aspects of trial, mediation, and arbitration preparation
  • Meet established billing targets


Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of litigation experience in Washington State
  • Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures, deadlines, and court rules (state and federal)
  • Proficiency in legal drafting and writing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with NetDocs and TABS3 is a plus

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
