The Paralegal - eDiscovery Specialist is responsible for assisting the T-Mobile eDiscovery team with a wide range of eDiscovery functions including matter intake, data tracking, and production on small matters. This paralegal will provide support on Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) processes to the T-Mobile litigation team in handling information requests for litigation and investigation requests.
What you'll do in your role.
- Assist in-house and outside counsel with file analysis and research, prepare database document searches, assist with file review and analysis.
- Create and maintain eDiscovery databases and data repositories.
- Assist in Relativity database creation and management.
- Participate in custodian interviews as required for the collection of electronic data.
- Track productions and manage data logs.
- Track and manage third-party subpoenas, coordinate efforts to resolve same.
- Assist eDiscovery team on special eDiscovery projects as directed by manager.
The experience you'll bring.
- A high degree of maturity, professionalism, and discretion, including ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding work matters.
- Someone who is detail-oriented and organized with a sense of urgency and pride in getting things accomplished.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills who is willing to take on a wide range of tasks to support the team and who is comfortable working with a variety of professional styles and personalities.
- Advanced skills using MS Office Suite and fluency in various digital tools and emerging technologies.
- Proven experience working with electronic discovery and litigation support tools.
- Knowledge of the eDiscovery process through experience, including knowledge of standards, rules, and industry trends, as well as eDiscovery support services and technologies.
Required Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a support role in a legal or eDiscovery firm.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with eDiscovery software including Relativity.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our advancing eDiscovery team.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
Base Pay Range: $30.35 - $54.74
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
