We are seeking an experienced Patient Access Specialist to join our team at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, based on qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Access Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to patients and families.
  2. Collecting and verifying patient demographic and financial information.
  3. Entering accurate patient data into our registration system.
  4. Obtaining required signatures and documents from patients.
  5. Verifying medical necessity and following established protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with software applications such as HMS, MEDHOST, and Passport is highly desirable.
