Rapid Cycle Solutions LLC (RCS) is a dynamic and innovative small business providing IT and management consulting services to the U.S. Federal Government and commercial clients.

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Project Engineer to assist in clearance processing of all individuals with access to data and facilities, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience working onsite in Chantilly, VA, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various partners and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cyber Security Clearance Processing: Assist in clearance processing of all individuals with access to data and facilities.
  • Communication and Workflow Optimization: Gain efficiencies in communication and workflow processes by optimizing communication using cross-domain network solutions and software.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Cyber Security Experience: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and extensive experience with the A&A process.
  • Systems/Applications Management: Leading systems/applications through the customer's cyber security process.
  • Vulnerability Scanning and Testing: Performing vulnerability scanning and testing to ensure robust cyber security measures.
  • Risk Management Framework: Applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) methodology to mitigate potential risks.
  • Documentation and Communication: Creating and delivering documentation in support of A&A packages and monitoring and maintaining cyber security documentation.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS or other cloud platforms.

  • Systems Engineering Experience: Demonstrated experience with Systems Engineering principles and practices.
  • Cloud Platform Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of cloud platforms and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
