Cyber Security Engineer Position

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. As a trusted partner to the nation's space programs, we solve the hardest problems and provide unmatched technical expertise.

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and assessing cyber solutions that defend our nation's most valuable assets in space. You will perform research in the areas of cyber and network security, advise DoD and IC space system customers on secure design and implementation of systems, and review network architecture designs to identify security, dataflow, and performance deficiencies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a STEM field, 5+ years of professional experience in cyber security, and demonstrable proficiency in one or more programming languages. Knowledge of Linux and Unix-based operating systems, offensive and defensive cyber security tools, and network engineering and architecture is also required.

  • Perform research in the areas of cyber and network security
