Job Summary:

As a Testing Assistant-Federal Work Study, you will play a vital role in supporting students with testing information, college-related inquiries, and referrals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in answering phones and emails from students, staff, and community members. You will also assist with proctoring tests, department meetings, and activities. This is a part-time, temporary position not eligible for benefits, with a schedule varying depending on student availability.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with testing information and college-related inquiries
  • Answer phones and emails from students, staff, and community members
  • Assist with proctoring tests
  • Support department meetings and activities

Requirements:
  • Attention to detail
  • Following directions
  • Operating assigned equipment
  • Good customer service
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
