Job Title: Labor Schedule Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Labor Schedule Coordinator to join our team at Hillier Restoration Holdings. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with others to prepare and communicate labor schedules, monitor compliance tasks, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members from other departments to maintain an organized schedule of labor for jobs.
- Review project management software to monitor compliance tasks and maintain concise and informative notes.
- Keep insurance adjusters informed regarding project status and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to insurance adjusters and homeowners regarding project status.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus quarterly bonus structure.
- Ten days of paid time off (PTO) per year.
- Seven paid holidays per year.
- Employer contribution to medical insurance.
- Participation in 401(k) plan with employer matching after three months of employment.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work overtime as needed.
