About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist with scheduling specialist appointments and coordinating referrals for patients. As a Clinical Scheduler and Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide timely administrative assistance, including data entry and spreadsheet management.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Patient Follow-up: Perform weekly follow-ups to stay up-to-date on patient status and facilitate communication between attorneys, staff, and providers.
Qualifications
  • Previous Medical Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical clinical setting.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish preferred.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
