Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Field Engineer to join our team at Source One South. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in remote project locations for extended periods.

The successful candidate will oversee survey operations and ensure accurate data collection, mobilizing and demobilizing equipment and work sites as needed. They will track and report project progress, provide engineering support to dredging operations, and apply engineering principles to address challenges on-site. Additionally, they will perform hydrographic and topographic data collection, organize and process survey data, plan and set up projects, and monitor internal production metrics.

This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Surveying, or a related field, with experience in survey operations and dredging projects. The ideal candidate will have strong record-keeping skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to enforce company policies and safety regulations.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 per year, based on experience, along with a monthly allowance of $800 and per-diem for days worked. Our benefits package includes Health, Vision, Dental, Accident and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurances, Short- and Long-Term Disability, and 401(k).
