Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to students in a school setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans to support students with communication and swallowing disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication and swallowing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication and swallowing goals
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistent support and communication
  • Participate in IEP meetings to develop and implement individualized education plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active Missouri SLP license
  • ASHA certification preferred
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
