  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student support.
  • Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed to ensure student success.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete student records, including progress reports and IEPs.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and research-based interventions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • Missouri licensure in Speech Pathology or DESE certificate required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in speech-language teaching or related field preferred.
Working Conditions

The Speech Language Pathologist Substitute will work in a variety of school settings, including elementary, middle, and high schools. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
