About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dedicated individual to join our team as a Direct Support Staff Residential. This part-time position involves providing support and assistance to developmentally disabled adult males in a small group home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living support and assistance with personal care tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and staff.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Background screening and criminal record check.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with developmentally disabled population.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position, approximately 20-30 hours per week, including weekends. Shifts may vary between 7am and 7pm. A non-smoking work environment is expected.

Salary and Benefits
