Caregiver Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at the Buddy Snow Foundation Inc. in this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom small group home.

Estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

This Residential Support Professional will play a vital role in the daily care of our clients, assisting with daily living activities, communicating ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties, collaborating with clients and families for best care opportunities, and maintaining a healthy and comfortable living environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• One year experience in personal care or other related fields
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Current Drivers License and clear driving record
• Level II Background Clearance
