Advanced Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team at First Connect. This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week, 6 days a week.
About the RoleAs an Advanced Dialysis Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our state-of-the-art clinic. You will work with 19 Fresenius T machines to care for 50 patients, using your expertise to deliver exceptional treatment and support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive dialysis care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress, adhering to clinical guidelines and regulations
