Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage items, including sandwiches, salads, and hot entrees.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated properly.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to member needs and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
