• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, listening to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with team members, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance to ensure a safe and healthy environment for members and associates.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock displays, and dispose of lesser-quality food products.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with members and team members.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
