Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Special Care Nursery RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a Special Care Nursery RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill newborns, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia
- Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
- AHA CPR card
- 1+ year RN experience
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $39.61 - $61.40 per hour, commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
