Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and direction to our restaurant teams to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

You will work closely with our General Managers to achieve operational results and ensure that our restaurants meet or exceed our standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

As an Area Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in restaurant operations, leadership, and customer service. You will also be part of a dynamic team that is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coaching to restaurant teams to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.
  • Work closely with General Managers to achieve operational results and ensure that restaurants meet or exceed standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to restaurant teams to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership and coaching experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
