Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, and chats.
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, couriers, and drivers.
  • Oversee the entire delivery process from courier acceptance to proof of delivery, including tracking, issue resolution, and customer updates.
  • Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure cost-effective execution of deliveries while adhering to customer service level agreements.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, particularly regarding urgent deliveries and client needs.
  • Resolve issues for customers and carriers, ensuring effective problem-solving.
  • Timely communication of escalations to minimize customer impact.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer care and excellence.
  • Assist in optimizing delivery scheduling procedures for clients.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for operational efficiency at OneRail.
  • Perform data entry and dispatch tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with couriers to monitor delivery progress.
  • Track drivers and rectify shipping discrepancies.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential.
  • Experience in logistics or dispatching is required.
  • Contact center experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities across various electronic platforms.
  • Ability to handle and execute several tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills to assess situations and implement action plans effectively.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in web-based applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Multi-lingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliveries concurrently.
