Pool Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Aquatic Safety Specialist to join our team at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness. As a key member of our aquatics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests.

• Pool Maintenance and Safety: Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including water testing, chemical balancing, and equipment checks to ensure a safe and clean environment for our members.
• Safety and Enforcement: Enforce pool rules and regulations, and provide written and verbal notification to management of any equipment problems, pool repair needs, or safety concerns.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to members and guests of all ages, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Special Events: Assist with the planning and execution of special events in the aquatics area, such as children's birthday pool parties, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Certifications and Training: Maintain current Red Cross and CPR certifications, and participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest safety protocols and procedures.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certifications: Current Red Cross and CPR certifications required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a pool operations or safety role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

• Competitive Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
