Assembly Technician

As a skilled Assembler I, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, working at the bench or on the shop floor to assemble metal products. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be essential in ensuring the quality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret tape measures to 1/8th inch with accuracy.
- Follow verbal instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Use hand tools to assemble and fabricate metal products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. You must also be able to read and understand English instructions and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Physical Demands:
This role requires regular standing, use of hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. You will also need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
