About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People Partner to join our Revenue Teams in the US. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in building an engaged, purpose-driven team that drives business results.

You will partner with our revenue teams (marketing, sales, RevOps) to coach, resolve challenges, and develop programs that empower our people in North America. Your expertise will help us create a positive work environment, foster a culture of innovation, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with our revenue teams and wider US office, acting as a trusted advisor on people strategy.
  • Develop and implement training, coaching, and engagement programs that drive business results.
  • Partner with leadership to manage employee relations, ensuring alignment with our values, goals, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams as needed.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate results-driven Learning & Development (L&D) programs.
  • Identify gaps and enhance systems and processes to optimize efficiency and employee experience.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments. You should have a strong understanding of People/HR programs and US employment relations, including performance management, leadership development, and compensation.

Previous experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, or other revenue-generating teams is essential. You should be confident in advising, mentoring, and coaching all levels of management to develop their leadership skills.

Able to get buy-in from leaders and stakeholders across all levels, teams, and geographies to drive change. You're comfortable pushing back and holding the line when you need to.

The salary range offered for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
