About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team at Plymouth Meeting Family Dental. As a key member of our dental team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thorough and gentle dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and education.
  • Collaborate with our dental team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes patient satisfaction and team collaboration.

Requirements
  • Current dental hygienist license in Pennsylvania.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
