Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel MRI Technologist to provide exceptional imaging services in various healthcare settings. This role requires a skilled professional who is ready to adapt to different environments while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Certification Requirements
  • Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Certification (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday with on-call responsibilities, including weekends.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in MRI technology.
  • Patient Caseload: Manage a daily caseload of 5-10 patients.
  • Travel Requirements: Candidates must reside more than 30 miles from the facility.
  • Floating: No floating required.
On-Call and Scheduling
  • On-Call Duties: Required to participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Block Scheduling: Considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Time Off: Requests for time off should not exceed 10 days and must be submitted two weeks prior to the assignment.
Additional Qualifications
  • Experience in: Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, and Community Hospital settings.
  • Preferred Skills: Level 1 Trauma and Adult ICU experience, IV Starts, PACS, and Contrast administration.
  • Equipment: Familiarity with 1.5 Siemens Symphony MRI systems.

Professional Expectations
  • Three call-outs may lead to termination.
  • 48-hour notice required for shift changes; refusal may result in forfeiting guaranteed hours.
  • One holiday shift required if 1-2 holidays fall within the assignment; two holiday shifts required if three holidays occur.
