My name is Wade Au, and I have a rich background in the insurance industry, having started my career with State Farm alongside my wife, Kavita. Our agency is dedicated to serving our clients with integrity and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to clients throughout every interaction.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our insurance products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and meet deadlines.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Exhibit self-motivation and maintain a high level of productivity with minimal supervision.
As a Team Member, you will enjoy:

- Hourly compensation plus commission and bonuses

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with State Farm or a State Farm agency
- Availability to work in Pacific Time zones from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Self-starter with a competitive mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- People-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of understanding complex systems
- Must possess Property and Casualty license
- Must possess Life and Health license
