Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to clients throughout every interaction.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using our insurance products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and meet deadlines.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and maintain a high level of productivity with minimal supervision.

As a Team Member, you will enjoy:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with State Farm or a State Farm agency

  • People-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented and capable of understanding complex systems
  • Must possess Property and Casualty license
  • Must possess Life and Health license
