Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient, utilizing your expertise and knowledge to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices through ongoing education and training, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Current Washington state license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions) to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a relevant level and specialty, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
  • Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certification, as well as any additional certifications required for your specialty (e.g. ACLS, PALS, NRP).
