Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team at Brasa Rotisserie in NE Minneapolis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our Executive Chef to develop menus, train staff, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement menu plans, recipes, and inventory control systems
  • Monitor and control food and labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50lbs
