Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations.
  • Schedule staff to ensure coverage of programs and responsibilities.
  • Makes decisions for elevated situations or issues that arise and resolves them accordingly.
  • Completes reports in a timely manner and provides them to the intended individuals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of one year post-degree experience working with individuals with diagnosed chronic conditions or minimum of three years' post-degree experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Knowledge of issues affecting people with severe and persistent mental illness and community-based interventions/resources for those individuals.
  • Effective interpersonal (oral and written) skills to interact professionally and ethically with all age groups from a diverse population.
  • Familiarity with suite of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by State law.
