Examine financial data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.
Offer financial insights and strategic recommendations to facilitate informed business choices.


Regulatory Compliance:
Guarantee compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals during review processes.
Establish and uphold robust internal controls to protect company assets.


Leadership and Collaboration:
Guide, mentor, and work alongside the finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with prior managerial experience preferred.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ADP, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Capacity to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
