United Software Group is seeking an experienced Requirements Engineering Lead to lead our requirements engineering team. This role requires 7 years of experience in requirements engineering, including experience conducting Facilitated Workshops for requirements analysis and creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).

The salary for this position is estimated at $140,000 - $200,000 per year. As a Requirements Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for creating documents and other artifacts to promote sustainable knowledge management within the organization, facilitating workshops for requirements gathering, and working closely with the program manager, project manager and senior business analyst.

The ideal candidate will have experience developing Business Requirements - project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures, developing Functional requirements - describe what the system, process, or product/service must do in order to fulfill the business requirements, and developing User (stakeholder) requirements - are a very important part of the deliverables, the needs of the stakeholders will have to be correctly interpreted. They will also be able to communicate effectively with many different stakeholders and have experience managing requirements on several projects at the same time.
