  • Manage Maintenance Requests: Create and manage maintenance requests to ensure that all issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Control and Account for EVS Equipment: Ensure that all EVS equipment is properly maintained and accounted for.
  • Review and Adjust Workflows: Regularly review our workflows and staffing levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct Daily Shift Meetings: Lead daily shift meetings with our EVS team to communicate important information and updates.
  • Investigate and Resolve Guest Complaints: Investigate and resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Delegate Emergency Calls: Delegate emergency calls to our EVS team members as needed.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews of our EVS team members to ensure that they are meeting our team goals and expectations.
  • Monitor Attendance and Take Corrective Action: Monitor attendance and take corrective action as needed to ensure that our team is meeting our attendance goals.
  • Schedule Staff: Schedule our EVS team members to ensure that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Train or Re-Train Team Members: Train or re-train our EVS team members as needed to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Administer Frontline Reviews: Administer frontline reviews to ensure that our team is meeting our team goals and expectations.
  • Motivate Top Performance: Motivate our EVS team members to perform at their best and achieve our team goals.
  • Inventories Departmental Supplies: Inventory our departmental supplies and requisition as needed to ensure that we have the necessary resources to perform our jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 23 years of management experience in a guest service environment.
  • Knowledge of Professional Housekeeping Procedures: Knowledge of professional housekeeping procedures is preferred.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) are required.
  • English Language Proficiency: Must understand and speak the English language.
