About the Role

Able Services is seeking a skilled Cleaners to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dust and clean furniture, walls, and office equipment
  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Clean incidental floor spills by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
  • Learn and follow safety procedures and policy
  • Clean debris and empty exterior trash cans
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
  • Perform all other janitorial duties according to property requirements

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in cleaning
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
  • Ability to fulfill the essential functions of the job
