Key Responsibilities:- Provide patient care within a patient's home, including routine visits, evaluations, and starts of care.
- Coordinate the services of other physicians or health care providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate with health insurance providers to ensure seamless billing and reimbursement.
- Supervise other nurses who visit the home to ensure high-quality care.
- Work alongside a strong therapy team, including PT/OT/Speech, to provide comprehensive care.
- Missouri or Compact Registered Nursing license.
- Driver's License.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health conditions, including CHF, COPD, Diabetes, Wound Care, and Medication Management.
- Multiple Major Medical Plans to Choose From (Medical, Dental & Vision).
- Annual Stay Bonus for both Full-Time and Part-Time nurses.
- Paid Training on the job or in office.
- Management of caseload including supervision of LPN visits.
