About this role:

We are seeking passionate individuals to lead and coordinate fun and engaging activities for children and teenagers at Camp Hoblitzelle. Your responsibilities will include managing programs, developing daily itineraries, and ensuring the safety of all campers. Join us in crafting a memorable summer experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Support:

  • Offer direction and support to campers and fellow staff members
  • Design and organize activities for campers
  • Guide high school volunteers
  • Exemplify Christian principles
  • Address camper behavior
  • Encourage camper involvement

2. Program Management:

  • Develop and assess camp programs
