  • Utilize our Point of Sales System to process transactions and manage cash and credit sales.
  • Review and stay up-to-date on banquet schedules, special events, and catering requests.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests during catered events and parties.
  • Occasionally serve meals to guests, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of bartending experience and/or training.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine varieties, and spirits.
  • Alcohol Awareness Training certification.
