Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, the Return Center Staff will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our return center. This includes managing inventory, receiving and shipping products, and maintaining a well-organized warehouse environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and distribution, with experience in managing inventory and coordinating shipping and receiving activities. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unload and load parcel and freight deliveries
  • Sort and dispatch delivered packages
  • Manage tracking and recording of shipments
  • Coordinate shipping processes for A-grade, RB products, and demo samples
  • Sort and report on return products
  • Operate UPS system for shipping and returns
  • Maintain a clean and organized receiving and shipping area
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
  • SAP or ERP experience a plus
  • Logistics and sales support experience a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for 3-4 hours in an 8-hour workday
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
