Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary:

Return Center Staff will be responsible for operating all return center activities. Warehousing, receiving and shipping of products in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives. Maintaining an organized inventory products stock and orderly packaging parts at all times.

By maintaining the right mix and level of stock, return center staff helps to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the return center's service and RB operations.

Return Center Staff may have responsibility for Sales team and admin team requests.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating all return center activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Role. Return Center Staff

• Unloading and Loading Parcel and Freight delivery
• Sorting and dispatch delivered package
• Management for Tracking (Recording and sorting)
• Shipping process for A grade, RB products, DEMO sample (Palletizing and Packaging)
• Sorting and make a report for return products A, B, C
• UPS System Process for Shipping/Return
• Clean up Receiving, shipping area. Garbage Disposal

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Thorough understanding of logistics, distribution.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Ability to follow highly complex directions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree in business preferred.
• SAP, ERP experience preferred.
• Logistics and sales support experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Must be able to handle 50 pounds
• In an 8-hour work day: standing/walking 3-4 hours
• Hand use: Packing, Bring, Loading, Basic Hand Tools
• Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Basic disassembly and assembly of electronic devices
